Expands workers' compensation eligibility for employees diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder by a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist after exposure to psychologically traumatic events.

Defines psychologically traumatic events to include visual or audible (or both) witnessing of a death or the immediate aftermath of a death resulting from a violent event.

Includes repeated visual or audible (or both) witnessing of serious bodily injury or its immediate aftermath resulting from intentional acts of another person or accidents.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on August 5, 2020 (90 days after final adjournment), subject to referendum petition rights under the Colorado Constitution.
