Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 44-3-410(6)(c) to prohibit employees under 21 years of age from delivering or having any contact with malt, vinous, or spirituous liquors at liquor-licensed drugstore establishments.

Removes the phrase "or otherwise have any contact with" from the existing statute, clarifying restrictions on underage employee involvement with alcohol beverages offered for sale or sold and removed from licensed premises.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the expiration of the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 5, 2020, if adjournment sine die is May 6, 2020).

Subject to referendum petition; if challenged within the 90-day period, the act will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2020 general election.
