Repeals obsolete statutory language requiring hospital licenses issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment to include the signature of the state board of health president, attestation of the state board secretary, and the state board's seal.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 25-3-102(1)(d) to remove requirements for presidential signature, secretarial attestation, and seal affixation on hospital licenses.

Retains the requirement that hospital licenses expire one year from the date of issuance.

Takes effect August 5, 2020, or 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed by voters.
