• Enacts the Colorado Revised Statutes 2019 as the positive and statutory law of Colorado, comprising all general and permanent laws originally enacted in the Colorado Revised Statutes 1973 and subsequent enactments made pursuant to Section 2-5-125

• Includes all laws of general and permanent nature enacted at the First Regular Session of the Seventy-Second General Assembly and approved by voters at the statewide election on November 5, 2019

• Sets the effective date for Colorado Revised Statutes 2019 as the first day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday following the effective date of this legislation

• Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
