Amends Colorado Consumer Protection Act to establish $500 per violation as the damages amount for individual actions in deceptive trade practice cases.

Creates new provisions allowing class actions under the Consumer Protection Act with damages equal to actual damages sustained by the class.

Permits class action defendants to recover court costs, reasonable attorney fees, injunctive relief, and declaratory relief when applicable.

Takes effect July 1, 2020, and applies to all causes of action arising on or after that date.
