Creates new statute 25.5-2.5-208 allowing Colorado to expand its existing Canadian prescription drug importation program to include suppliers from other nations if five conditions are met.

Requires U.S. Congress to enact legislation amending 21 U.S.C. Section 384 or other law to permit states to import prescription drugs from countries other than Canada.

Mandates the exporting nation be approved by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that suppliers be properly licensed in their home country and identified by a contracted vendor as providing cost savings to the state.

Requires the state department to submit evidence comparing the exporting nation's regulatory system for supply chain security, manufacturing, labeling, and tracking to the FDA system, demonstrating equal stringency or safety assurance.

Requires the executive director to notify legislative leadership and relevant committees at least 30 days before expanding the program, with optional recommendations for amending the statute.
