Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 37-92-602 to allow exempt domestic wells to retain their presumption of noninjury status even after the land containing the well is divided into multiple parcels.

Permits the presumption to continue if the well is used on only a single parcel of the divided land and remains the only well serving that parcel.

Requires the permit holder to continue using the well in accordance with existing exemption standards and provide return flows as required by law.

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the bill's effective date.

Declared necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
