CO SB183

Modifies the definition of "state agency" in Colorado Revised Statutes 24-37.7-101 for purposes of the Statewide Internet Portal Authority.

Expands the definition to mean every instrumentality of state government including the Executive Department, Legislative Department, Judicial Department, and all their respective departments, divisions, commissions, boards, authorities, bureaus, and offices.

Replaces previous reference to section 24-37.5-102(4) with a comprehensive definition to ensure the authority can serve all state government agencies.

Designates the act as necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
