The Legislative Council shall not prioritize interim committees or approve any task forces for the 2020 interim period, with this suspension effective through July 1, 2021.

Multiple legislative interim committees are prohibited from meeting during the 2020 interim, including the Colorado Youth Advisory Council Review Committee, Wildfire Matters Review Committee, Statewide Health Care Review Committee, Colorado Health Insurance Exchange Oversight Committee, Pension Review Commission, Early Childhood and School Readiness Legislative Commission, Water Resources Review Committee, and Transportation Legislation Review Committee.

Committee members are not entitled to per diem compensation for attending meetings during the 2020 interim, and committees are prohibited from recommending or reporting legislation during this period.

Reporting deadlines are extended from 2020 to 2021 for various commissions and boards, including the Colorado Fire Commission and Water Groundwater Administration and Management Pilot Projects.

The bill reduces the general assembly appropriation by $100,867, from $50,753,612 to $50,652,745 for the 2020-21 fiscal year, with all suspension provisions set to expire on July 1, 2021.
