Designates the Interstate 25 bridge over 17th Avenue in Denver as the "Richard 'RJ' Lawrence Bridge" in honor of the late construction company president and CEO.

Authorizes the Colorado Department of Transportation to accept gifts, grants, and donations for initial placement of commemorative signs on either side of the bridge.

Authorizes CDOT to explore a cooperative agreement with Denver city and county officials for maintenance of the bridge's commemorative markings.

Richard "RJ" Lawrence (1956-2020) was a fourth-generation Coloradan and president of Lawrence Construction, a family-owned company founded in 1924 that pioneered innovative bridge construction technologies including pre-cast, pre-stressed curved U-tub girders.

Lawrence served as president of the Colorado Contractors Association in 2011 and was named Colorado Contractor of the Year in 2013.
