Designates March 21, 2020, and March 22, 2020 (the fourth Sunday in March) as "Single Parents' Day in Colorado" to recognize the dedication and achievements of single parents

Notes that 13.7 million single-parent families exist in the United States, with that number more than tripling over the past 25 years

Acknowledges that more than 25 million children currently live in single-parent homes in the United States

References that the United States Congress established March 21 as "Single Parents' Day" and that Colorado became the first state to officially recognize this day in 1993

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to Janice S. Moglen of the Coalition for Single Parents' Day
