Restricts third-party delivery services from reducing driver compensation, withholding tips or gratuities, or offsetting costs to workers when responding to fee limitation ordinances.

Requires third-party delivery services to disclose all commissions and fees charged to restaurants to consumers making purchases through their platforms.

Prohibits third-party delivery services from performing services for restaurants without the restaurant's consent.

Provides immunity from liability to counties and municipalities adopting these ordinances, except where courts determine the ordinance constitutes an unconstitutional taking of private property.
