• Central committee members may participate in meetings remotely using email, mail, telephone, or internet-based applications, subject to party rules.

• State party central committees and executive committees may adopt rules or bylaws to implement remote participation without following existing notice or call requirements.

• District committees may hold separate organizational and administrative meetings (including officer elections) with remote participation approved by the committee chair and vice-chair.

• Vacancy committee members filling vacancies in the General Assembly or county commissioner offices may participate remotely using the same methods as central committees, if party rules allow.

• All remote participation provisions automatically expire on December 31, 2021.
