• Requires the Division of Housing to prepare and annually publish a public report starting in 2021 detailing all state and federal funding administered for affordable housing preservation and production.

• Report must specify total funding appropriated, awarded, or transferred from any source and amount awarded as grants, contracts, or loans, including administrative costs and full-time employees supported by each funding source.

• For each grant or loan award, the report must identify the applicant, project name, funding source, requested and awarded amounts, total project cost, municipality/county location, housing type, purpose, and number of housing units built or preserved.

• Division must post the report prominently on its website and annually deliver copies to the State Board and Joint Committees of Reference; reporting requirement continues indefinitely.

• Appropriates $18,704 from the general fund for fiscal year 2021-22, including $17,804 for personal services (0.3 FTE) and $900 for operating expenses.
