Expands protections under Colorado law to include public health workers alongside existing protections for law enforcement officials and human services workers regarding personal information published online.

Defines "public health worker" to include employees, contractors, and contractor employees of the Department of Public Health and Environment or county/district public health agencies engaged in public health duties, and members of county/district boards of health (excluding elected county commissioners).

Makes it unlawful to knowingly publish personal information (home address, phone numbers, email, photographs, or directions to home) about a protected person or their immediate family on the internet if the dissemination poses an imminent and serious threat to their safety.

Allows protected persons to submit written requests to state and local government officials to remove personal information from internet-accessible records, requiring the officials to comply upon receipt of such requests.

Requires written removal requests to include evidence of protected person status and an affirmation under penalty of perjury that dissemination poses an imminent and serious threat to the person's safety or their immediate family's safety.
