Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 12-120-416 to remove the requirement that architects participate in a process or procedure demonstrating retention of continuing education material.

The board shall continue to adopt rules establishing continuing education requirements for license renewal to practice architecture in Colorado.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly.

Subject to referendum petition; if challenged, the act will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2022 general election.
