Creates the Information Technology and Infrastructure Advisement Committee on Colorado Elections in the Department of State with six members appointed by party chairs (2 Republican, 1 unaffiliated Republican, 2 Democratic, 1 unaffiliated Democratic) by October 1, 2021.

Committee must evaluate and recommend standards for electronic voting system certification, address security and integrity issues with voting systems, and review information technology issues related to accuracy and transparency of elections.

Requires initial report by March 1, 2022, with findings and recommended changes to election laws and rules, followed by annual reports by March 1 each year posted to Secretary of State's website within one month.

Committee members serve without compensation, must meet at least twice yearly, and chair and vice-chair must be from different political parties; Secretary of State convenes first meeting by November 1, 2021.

Committee is automatically repealed and scheduled for sunset review before September 1, 2025.
