• Enables individuals to register Canadian domestic violence protection orders with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation's central registry of protection orders within 24 hours, with registration occurring at no cost.

• Provides immunity from civil and criminal liability for state and local government officials, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and court clerks acting in good faith to register or enforce Canadian domestic violence protection orders.
