Reduces the minimum years of existence requirement for organizations qualifying applicants for Colorado professional fire fighters license plates from 20 years to 15 years.

Allows organizations to submit a signed affidavit under penalty of perjury as sufficient evidence of meeting minimum membership requirements instead of requiring other documentation.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 42-3-254 regarding special license plates for Colorado professional fire fighters.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition provisions.
