Division of Gaming must publicly report monthly and annual net sports betting proceeds aggregated by city for Cripple Creek, Central, and Black Hawk, with separate subtotals for on-site and internet betting operations.

Public reporting must be made electronically and posted on the Division's website, with partial-year data disclosed when available for periods preceding the bill's effective date.

If fewer than three active sports betting licensees operate in any city, that city's data must be aggregated with the city having the next lowest number of licensees to protect licensee privacy.

County assessors in Gilpin and Teller counties may use the aggregated sports betting data to establish real property values for casinos, with strict confidentiality protections for any proprietary information provided by taxpayers during the valuation process.

Act takes effect January 1, 2022, unless a referendum petition is filed within 90 days, in which case voter approval at the November 2022 general election is required.
