Colorado accepts concurrent legislative jurisdiction with the federal government over the United States Army Pueblo Chemical Depot property in Colorado.

Concurrent jurisdiction becomes effective upon the Governor's acceptance of a notice from the Secretary of the Army relinquishing exclusive federal jurisdiction under 10 U.S.C. Section 2683.

The Governor must notify the Revisor of Statutes by email of the acceptance date.

Colorado assumes no liability as a result of accepting concurrent legislative jurisdiction.

The act takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed by voters.
