Repeals the September 1, 2021 sunset date for subsections (4), (5), and (6) of Colorado Revised Statutes 25-3-602, allowing the Healthcare-Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Advisory Committee to continue operating.

Removes the advisory committee from the list of designated advisory committees scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2021 in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(12)(a)(II).

Implements the recommendation from the 2020 Sunset Report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies to continue the committee's statutory authorization.

Takes effect September 1, 2021 and is declared necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
