Removes the Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010 from the September 1, 2021 repeal date by repealing section 24-34-104(21)(a)(VI)

Adds the Michael Skolnik Medical Transparency Act of 2010 to the September 1, 2028 repeal schedule under section 24-34-104(29)(a)(XIII), extending the program's sunset date by 7 years

Amends section 12-30-102(12) to change the repeal effective date from September 1, 2021 to September 1, 2028

Implements the recommendation from the 2020 sunset review report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies

Becomes effective September 1, 2021
