• Extends the repeal date of the Special Education Fiscal Advisory Committee from September 1, 2021 to September 1, 2031.

• Removes the committee from the September 1, 2021 sunset review list under Colorado Revised Statutes section 2-3-1203(12)(a)(IV).

• Adds the committee to a new sunset review category set to repeal on September 1, 2031 under section 2-3-1203(22).

• Repeals the new subsection (22) itself effective September 1, 2033, creating a 10-year continuation of the committee before final repeal consideration.

• Takes effect September 1, 2021.
