Extends the repeal date of the Forest Health Advisory Council from September 1, 2021 to September 1, 2026, continuing the council for five additional years.

Implements the recommendation from the 2020 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies to continue the advisory council.

Removes the Forest Health Advisory Council from the list of advisory committees scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2021, and adds it to the list of committees repealing on September 1, 2026.

Requires the Forest Health Advisory Council to undergo sunset review in accordance with section 2-3-1203 before its repeal in 2026.

Takes effect on September 1, 2021.
