Extends the sunset date for the Homeland Security and All-Hazards Senior Advisory Committee from September 1, 2021 to September 1, 2031 in Colorado Revised Statutes 24-33.5-1614.

Removes the committee from the September 1, 2021 repeal list in the sunset review statute (2-3-1203) and adds it to a new September 1, 2031 repeal list.

Implements recommendations contained in the 2020 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies regarding the advisory committee.

Schedules subsection (21) of 2-3-1203 for repeal on September 1, 2033, creating a two-year review period before the committee's authorization expires.

Takes effect September 1, 2021, and includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
