SB21-150 Summary

• Prohibits the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Division from awarding more than one-third of big game hunting licenses to nonresidents during a limited license draw
• Active duty United States Armed Forces members stationed at Colorado military facilities are classified as residents for purposes of this restriction
• The one-third limitation does not apply to leftover licenses distributed after the initial limited license draw
• Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires voter approval at the November 2022 general election
