Local education providers must submit information about their core and supplemental reading curriculum, evidence-based instructional programs, and reading intervention services to the Colorado Department of Education for public posting on its website.

The Department of Education must post submitted curriculum and program information in a user-friendly format on its website in a location clearly identified as relating to student literacy or the "Colorado READ Act."

Local education providers must include on their websites and school-level websites an easily identifiable link to the Department's posted reading program materials relating to student literacy or the "Colorado READ Act."

The Department must notify local education providers of the specific internet address where the information is posted and update it in a timely manner as providers submit updates.

The state appropriated $91,944 from the early literacy fund to the Department of Education for the 2021-22 fiscal year, based on 0.3 FTE, to support early literacy program administration and technical support.
