Transfers $100 million from the Marijuana Tax Cash Fund to the Public School Capital Construction Assistance Fund on June 1, 2022.

Appropriates $100 million to the Department of Education for the 2021-22 state fiscal year to be used for public school capital construction assistance board cash grants.

Modifies Colorado Revised Statutes Section 22-43.7-104 to include the $100 million transfer as part of the Public School Capital Construction Assistance Fund.

Adds Section 39-28.8-501(4.8) to authorize the State Treasurer to execute the transfer from the marijuana tax revenue fund.

Declares the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety under the safety clause provision.
