State Treasurer shall transfer $297,759 from the Interbasin Compact Committee Operation Fund to the Severance Tax Operational Fund.

State Treasurer shall transfer $3,996,410 from the Water Supply Reserve Fund to the Severance Tax Operational Fund, for a total of approximately $7.1 million in transfers to stabilize severance tax revenue.
