Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes 24-30-203.5 governing the state recovery audit program, effective July 1, 2022.

Reduces the general fund appropriation to the Department of Personnel for financial operations and reporting by $64,714 for the 2021-22 state fiscal year.

Eliminates 1.0 FTE position from the Department of Personnel related to the recovery audit program.

Includes a safety clause declaring the repeal necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
