State treasurer repays $5 million to the Small Communities Water and Wastewater Grant Fund from the general fund on July 1, 2021.

State treasurer repays $5 million to the Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Fund from the general fund on July 1, 2021.

Both repayment provisions expire July 1, 2022, removing the transfer requirements from law.
