Extends the pilot program evaluation deadline for Colorado's Office of Public Guardianship from 2021 to 2023, allowing the general assembly additional time to decide whether to continue, discontinue, or expand the office.

Changes the repeal date of the Office of Public Guardianship from December 31, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

Transfers any unexpended funds remaining in the Office of Public Guardianship Cash Fund to the general fund on June 30, 2024 instead of June 30, 2021.

Requires the office to notify the Joint Budget Committee if the 2023 legislative session ends without enacting legislation to continue or expand the office, and allows court fees to be reduced accordingly.

Designates the act as necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
