Increases the annual production limit for distillery pubs from 45,000 liters to 875,000 liters of spirituous liquor on licensed premises each calendar year.

Increases the annual production limit for vintner's restaurants from 250,000 gallons to 925,000 gallons of wine on licensed premises or licensed alternating proprietor premises combined each calendar year.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly.

Subject to referendum petition; if challenged within the ninety-day period, the act will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2022 general election.
