Continues the workforce diploma pilot program indefinitely as the workforce diploma program, removing the July 1, 2022 repeal date.

Removes the word "pilot" from all references to the program throughout the Colorado Revised Statutes sections 22-10.3-101 through 22-10.3-104.

Requires the Department of Education to adjust payment amounts to qualified providers annually on July 1 based on the percentage change in the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood Consumer Price Index.

Mandates the Department publish adjusted payment amounts on its website no later than July 15 each year.

Repeals the automatic repeal provision (section 22-10.3-105) that was scheduled to terminate the program on July 1, 2022.
