• Creates Part 14 of Article 1, Title 6 of the Colorado Revised Statutes titled "Access to Colorado's Professional Sports Teams"

• Authorizes the Colorado Attorney General to require cable providers and regional sports networks to submit contract renewal disputes to nonbinding arbitration when negotiations continue for at least 6 weeks after the contract expires

• Applies only to contract disputes involving the renewal of broadcasting agreements for sporting events of Colorado's professional sports teams

• Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, or if subject to a referendum petition, upon voter approval at the November 2022 general election
