Adds new subsection (2.9) to Colorado Revised Statutes 6-1-113 allowing successful plaintiffs in certified class actions under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act to recover actual damages, injunctive relief allowed by law, and reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the expiration of the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly.

Subject to referendum petition under Colorado Constitution Article V, Section 1(3); if petitioned, the bill requires approval by voters at the November 2022 general election to take effect.
