Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 12-230-104 to allow hearing aid providers to perform initial testing or first fitting services through telehealth, in addition to in-person services.

Modifies the scope of practice for hearing aid providers to permit prescribing, selecting, and fitting hearing instruments and assistive devices either in person or through telehealth technology.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly.

Subject to referendum petition; if challenged within the ninety-day period, the act will not take effect unless approved by voters at the November 2022 general election.
