• State court administrator must provide the secretary of state a monthly report of all persons deemed ineligible for jury duty because they are not citizens or do not reside in their summoned county.

• Secretary of state must forward the ineligible juror information to each county clerk and recorder on a monthly basis.

• County clerk and recorders must cancel voter registration for any elector reported as ineligible who is not a citizen or does not reside in the county.

• Secretary of state may cancel voter registration for any elector reported as not a citizen using electronic means.

• Protections exist preventing cancellation of voter registration for uniformed-service members absent from their registered county due to active duty.
