Tolls (pauses) the notification deadline if an employer fails to provide a copy of the notice or fails to display required workplace warning notices about workers' compensation.

Eliminates compensation penalties for late injury reporting if the employer has actual notice of the injury or good cause exists for the employee's failure to report timely.

Updates workplace warning notices to inform employees they have ten days to report injuries in writing and clarify that failure to report promptly does not prevent pursuing a claim.
