Appropriates $32,785,185 total to the Colorado Department of State for fiscal year 2021-22, amending the budget from SB 21-205.

Funds four divisions: Administration ($10,988,807), Information Technology ($9,545,843), Elections ($8,747,307), and Business and Licensing ($3,503,228).

Allocates $3,200,000 for local election reimbursements to counties, with authority to spend up to 115% of this amount if actual reimbursement costs exceed the allocation.

Includes $271,360 General Fund appropriation for Information Technology Division to implement SB 19-235, available through fiscal year 2022-23.

Designates majority of funding ($32,513,825) from Department of State Cash Fund, with remaining amounts from federal elections assistance and continuously appropriated sources.
