The program provides contraceptive methods and counseling services to participants through the state department.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes section 25.5-2-103(2) to reflect the new July 1, 2022, effective date.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
