Extends the repeal date of the Colorado Resiliency Office from September 1, 2022 to September 1, 2037.

Continues the office's duties and powers under Colorado Revised Statutes 24-32-122 until the new September 1, 2037 repeal date.

Schedules the Colorado Resiliency Office and its functions for sunset review by the General Assembly in accordance with section 24-34-104.

Implements recommendations from the 2021 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

The act takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed by November 2022.
