Extends the sunset date for massage therapist licensing from September 1, 2022 to September 1, 2031, continuing the licensing requirements for massage therapists in Colorado.

Moves massage therapist licensure from the September 1, 2022 repeal schedule to the September 1, 2031 repeal schedule in the state's regulatory review process.

Requires applicants to pass one of three examination options: the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards exam, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam, or an examination approved by the director.

Expands disciplinary grounds to include fraud, misrepresentation, deception, or cheating in taking or furnishing examination results, and adds grounds for discipline if an applicant's exam score is invalidated by the testing provider due to cheating or fraud.

Takes effect September 1, 2022, unless a referendum petition is filed within 90 days of final adjournment, in which case approval by voters at the November 2022 general election is required.
