CO HB1227

Repeals the health-care work force data advisory group, effective September 1, 2022, implementing a Department of Regulatory Agencies sunset report recommendation.

Removes the requirement for the advisory group to consult on data collection recommendations for health-care professionals eligible for the Colorado health service corps, practical and professional nurses, and pharmacists.

Requires the division director to ensure collected health-care professional data is available to the primary care office in electronic format for analysis, with public data limited to unique records excluding names or identifying information.

Removes the advisory group from the sunset review list in Colorado Revised Statutes section 2-3-1203.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition procedures.
