Reauthorizes the employment support and job retention services program, extending its repeal date from September 30, 2022 to September 1, 2029.

Appropriates $250,000 annually from the general fund to the program cash fund beginning in fiscal year 2022-23, with unspent funds carrying over rather than reverting to the general fund.

Expands eligible service providers to include faith-based organizations, churches, community centers, food banks, and other local entities serving community members.

Broadens eligible services to include employment training, education, and new reimbursable expenses such as computers, digital devices, internet connectivity, and vehicle upkeep and operation costs.

Modifies income eligibility requirements to allow newly employed individuals earning up to the federal poverty line to receive services if they were employed for six months or less and met the poverty threshold before employment started.
