Allows pharmacies located within hospice inpatient units to register as specialized prescription drug outlets if they compound, dispense, and deliver drugs and devices or provide pharmacist care services to hospice residents.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 12-280-119(11) to add hospice inpatient unit pharmacies to the existing definition of specialized prescription drug outlets, which previously applied only to long-term care facilities.

Appropriates $53,611 to the Department of Regulatory Agencies for fiscal year 2022-23, including $30,920 for personal services (0.3 FTE), $13,174 for operating expenses, and $9,517 for fleet vehicle services.

Requires the pharmacy board to adopt rules necessary to implement the specialized outlet registration for hospice pharmacies.

Takes effect January 1, 2023, unless a referendum petition is filed within 90 days after final adjournment, in which case approval by voters at the November 2022 general election is required.
