Removes the Colorado Interagency Working Group on School Safety from the September 1, 2022 sunset review list, allowing the working group to continue operating beyond that date.

Transfers the working group from the Department of Regulatory Agencies to the Department of Public Safety and requires the department to convene the first meeting no later than December 31, 2022.

Appropriates $100,000 to the Department of Public Safety for fiscal year 2022-23 to cover working group costs, with this appropriation expiring July 1, 2023.

Repeals the original article 24-25-105 that scheduled the working group for repeal on September 1, 2022.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed within that period.
