Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 12-280-120 to allow hospital employees or agents to dispense drugs to registered emergency room patients for sexual assault treatment.

Expands the drug supply limit from a 72-hour supply to between a 7-day and 28-day supply when treating sexual assault victims for sexually transmitted infection prophylaxis.

Requires hospitals to follow Federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines when dispensing the extended drug supply.

Designates the act as necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
