Transfers $24,131,390 from the Revenue Loss Restoration Cash Fund to the Judicial Department Information Technology Cash Fund on July 1, 2022.

Funds must be used for judicial department information technology infrastructure upgrades to address needs identified during the COVID-19 public health emergency.

Transferred money is subject to annual appropriation by the General Assembly for fiscal years 2022-23 through 2024-25, with all funds required to be expended or encumbered by December 31, 2024.

Appropriated funds are designated to help the judicial system continue serving Colorado residents during current and future public health emergencies.
